                         Carrot Walnut Cake 

Ingredients:

1: semolina _____ 125 grams

2: Ghee _____ 3/4 cup

3: khoya _____ 1/2 cup (grind)

4: Sugar _____ 1 cup

5:  Walnut _____1 1/2 teaspoon (crushed)

6: Pistachio _____ 1 1/2 teaspoons

7:   Small cardamom powder _____ 1 teaspoon

Making method:

             Heat the ghee in a pan and then add cardamom powder to it. Put semolina and khoya together and fry. Add carrots and stir quickly. When it starts to freeze, take it out in a serving dish, bake it in the microwave for 3 minutes and add color.

Garnish with pistachios and walnuts and serve.
