Jalebi Recipe

Ingredients:

            1:  Flour 1/2 kg

           2:  Milk 1/2 kg

           3:  1 kg of sugar

          4:  Yogurt 4 to 8 tablespoons

           5:  Yellow color 1 pinch

         6:  oil For frying

        7:  1 jug of water



Making method:

 1:  Mix yellow color in the flour, yogurt and mix it with milk.

2:  Leave for an hour.

3:  Put in a muslin cloth

4:  Make a small hole in it and then fry the jalebis.

5:  Make sugar by boiling sugar with water

6:    Put the jalebi's in it and take it out
