             Quick Sarson ka Saag Recipe

Ingredients:

1:  One kg of mustard greens

2:  Corn flour 1 cup green chilies

3: 8 cloves garlic

4:  8 dried red chilies

5:  10 teaspoons crushed turmeric

6:  Salt to taste

7:  A cup of butter

Steam Ingredients:

1:  Garlic (finely chopped) 4 tbsp

2:  1/2 cup butter

3:  3 tablespoons oil



Step by Step Instructions:

1:  chop the green mustard and soak them in turmeric water 

2:  Then wash and put in the pan

3:  Add all the ingredients  in it except flour and butter and  then cook it till the water  becomes  dry

4: When  it becomes cool, grind in a chopper 

5:  Put the green mustard back in the pan and cook for a few minutes

6:  then Mix  the flour and butter in green mustard  and fry it in a dish

7:  Fry the steamed ingredients in a frying pan and put them on the greens and serve hot.
