                 Kafta Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredients for making dough:

1: 3 cups of flour

2: Salt 1 teaspoon

3: Cumin 1 teaspoon

4: 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil

5: Water as required

Ingredients for making the vegetable filling:

1: Carrots 1 cup

2: Cabbage 1 cup

3: Capsicum 1 cup

4: Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup

5: Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp

6: cooking oil  2 tablespoons

7: 1 tablespoon chili sauce

8: 2 tablespoons ketchup

9: 2 tablespoons soy sauce

10: Salt to taste

11: 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Assembling components:

1: Chinese filling as required

2: Flour mixture as required

3 : K & N's Kafta Kabab 515 grams

4:  oil as required



Procedure:

1: To make the dough, put flour, salt, cumin, and cooking oil in a bowl and mix well. Add a little water to it and then knead the dough.

2: Now cover the do with cling film and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

3: To make a vegetable filling, heat oil in a pan, add garlic and cook for one minute. 4: Now add onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and soy sauce and mix well.

5: Then add chili sauce, ketchup,  black pepper, and salt and cook for 3 minutes. The filling is ready.

6: Fry the kafta kebabs according to the instructions on the pack for assembly.

7: Now make the dough by cutting the prepared dough into eight equal parts, then roll it and finely cut it into a square shape.

8: Then cut the fried kafta kebab into two parts and place it on the prepared dough and place the vegetable filling on it.

9:  Now apply the flour mixture well on their edges with a brush and close it in the shape of samosas.

10: Fry the prepared samosas until golden brown.

11: Delicious kafta samosa parcels are ready.
