                Tasty Bengali  Methai  Recipe

    Items:

 1: A  cup  of rice

2: Two kilos of milk

3: Pistachios Almonds optional

4: Ghee as required 

For syrup:

1:  sugar as needed

2:  water as needed 





Recipe:

                Put one  cup of rice in two kilos of milk and cook it. The flame should be kept low. When the rice is cooked, add chopped pistachio almonds to it. A little powdered milk should also be added to it. Now make balls and fry in ghee.  after that make syrup , for syrup  put the pan on fire and then add water in it and sugar also. then cook it. when sugar  get melted   in water  and water become   in semi solid texture so then the syrup is ready   so then  these  balls in it. Take it off later. A very delicious Bengali sweet will be ready.
