Balushahi Recipe

Items:

1:  Two cups of flour

2: 1/2  teaspoons of baking powder.

3: A cup of syrup  of sugar

4: Half a cup of yogurt

Synthesis:

1. Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Add ghee and yogurt and mix well and knead., Make the middle thighs and make a hole in the middle with the thumb. Now leave the yeast to rise for about two and a half hours, try to make the yogurt sour.

 2. Heat ghee in a frying pan and put the balu shahi,s in it and make it red,, first on a low heat then on a low heat so that it dries well inside.

To make syrup, add two cups of sugar, three cups of water, and stir. When two or three boils come, take it off and keep it neither too thick nor too thin. Now dip the balu shahi's in this syrup and after about two minutes take them out and put them on the sieve so that the excess syrup comes out, put silver foil on top, and serve.
