Sabzi Ki Adli Recipe

Ingredients:

1:A cup of rice (soaked)

2:Arhar dal  1cup

3:Salt to taste

4:A few twigs of fresh coriander leaves

5:A medium size carrot

6:French bean 4-5 digits

7:Cauliflower 2-3 flowers

8:Capsicum One medium size

9:Two tablespoons of cooking oil

10:Pepper (crushed) One tablespoon




Synthesis:

1. clean the rice and arhar lentils. Wash both separately and soak for at least four hours. Then take out the water and grind the rice a little thicker. Add water to the lentils and grind them softly.

2:Mix the two powdered ingredients and add the right amount of water to dissolve (as the basin for dumplings is dissolved).

3: Then add salt and cover it then let it for six to eight hours or overnight in a warm place for ferment.

4:Clean and wash green coriander leaves and Finely chop after washing Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Wash and finely chop the French beans. Wash and dry the cabbage flowers too. Wash the capsicum, remove the seeds and chop finely.

5: Mix all these vegetables in the fermented mixture and mix well.

6: Lightly oil the Adele Stand and add a tablespoon of the mixture to each box۔ Then add crushed black pepper and chopped green coriander.

7: Place a full cup of water and adele stand in the microwave oven.Cover and cook in a microwave oven (100%) for four minutes. let it on standing time for five minutes before serving.

Chef's tip:

If there is no microwave stand, you can also use a small glass bowl.
