              North Indian  style Gobi recipe

Ingredients:

1: Four cabbage flowers

2: One cap of red capsicum

3: One onion (medium size)

4: A tablespoon of sesame

5: One tablespoon of pure oil

6: A teaspoon of rye

7: A teaspoon of cumin

8: Ord dal a teaspoon

9: 8 to 10 curry leaves



method:

1:Wash the cabbage flowers thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.

2: Take out the capsicum seeds and cut them into cubes. Chop the onion and fry the sesame. 

3:  Heat oil in a pan and boil rye, lentils, and curry leaves.

 4: When the lentils turn brown, add the onions and cook until the onions turn red.

5:  Add vegetables and fry for two minutes, stirring with a spoon.

6: Then take it off the stove, put the sesame on it for garnishing and then serve.
