Haray Bharay Chawal Recipe


Ingredients:

1: Boiled rice 4 cups

2: 1 Medium size onion

3: Chopped green onion  1cup

4: 1 Medium size capsicum  chopped

5: Coriander 1/2 cup

6: Mint 1/2 cup 

7: Closed cabbage 1/2 cup

8: Garlic 3 cloves

9: Salt according to your taste

10: Oil 3  tablespoon

11:  Boiled peas 1/2 cup


Procedure:

Step 1:

 In a saucepan add oil, onion, garlic, and fry till light brown.


Step 2:


 Then add the green vegetables and fry well.


Step 3:


 Cover and cook the vegetables on low heat for about 10 minutes.


Step 4:


Add pepper and mix well. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat.


Step 5:


 The green rice is ready to serve.


Step 6:

serve them with raita.
