Prawns Omelet Recipe



Ingredients:

1: egg 3 pieces


2: prawns 100 grams


3: salt to taste


4: crushed garlic half a teaspoon


5: green onions 2 pieces


6: chopped red pepper half a teaspoon 


7: turmeric half a teaspoon


8: ground black pepper half a teaspoon 


9: double bread crumbs 2 tablespoons


10: Green Pepper Custom


11: Cooking Oil Custom


Step 1:

Add garlic, salt, red pepper, and turmeric to the prawns.

Step 2:

Fry in a tablespoon of cooking oil for  2 to 3 minutes on high heat  (if desired, cut the prawns into small pieces).


Step 3:


Add green onion , black pepper, salt, coriander, and green chilies to it.


Step 4:


Mix the prawns  and double bread crumbs in the egg mixture  and divide it into 2 parts 


Step 5:


In a non-stick frying pan, add cooking oil and fry the omelet until golden.
