                         Tandoori Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

1: Chicken _____ 1 piece
2: Crushed red pepper _____ 1 tablespoon
3: Crushed garlic oil _____ 2, 2 tablespoons
4: Oysters, lemon juice _____ 3, 3 tablespoons
5: Prepared barbecue spices, white vinegar _____ 6, 6 tablespoons
6: Salt _____ to taste
Ingredients of sauce:
1: Onion (chopped) _____ half a number
2: Tomato puree _____ 1 cup
3: Crushed garlic _____ 1 tablespoon
4: Chopped red and black pepper _____ half a teaspoon
5: Oil _____ 2 tablespoons
6: Salt _____ to taste
Topping ingredients:
1: Capsicum, tomato (finely chopped) _____ 1, 1 tbsp
2: Mushrooms, olives (finely chopped) _____ half, half a cup
3: Corn kernels _____ as required
4: Mozzarella Cheese Kadukash _____ 400 grams


Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients except butter and cook on the chicken. Wrap the chicken in plastic and refrigerate for two hours then cook in a steamer. Put butter on the chicken and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut it into small pieces. Mix yeast and sugar in a little lukewarm water and leave for fifteen minutes.
Knead the baking powder, yeast, and salt in the flour and leave for four hours. Knead the dough for a while, then roll out the bread and set it in the pizza pan. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onion. Then mix all the ingredients of the sauce and cook till the oil comes up and turn off the stove. Cover the bread with sauce, capsicum, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken, corn kernels, olives, and cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
